Unethical behaviour in businesses presents an ever-increasing problem. Often undetected and unreported, results in financial losses to companies and works to the detriment of us all. AHASA is no different. We are committed to conducting healthy business practices with honesty and integrity, which will not only ensure a stable environment for everyone but also ensure the continued future success of AHASA.
We have recently announced the Anonymous Tip-Off line as a service to all stakeholders to report any unethical behaviour without disclosing individuals identities.

AHASA has established a compliments or complaints line, a service for all private and public stakeholders to raise their concerns and/or compliments about the service they are receiving from AHASA Member Agencies. The line strives to promote responsiveness and accountability.
To ensure that we manage your compliments or complaints quickly and fairly, it is important that you provide us with all relevant information, including:
- The name and contact details of the Member and person, it relates to.
- Agency membership number and ID (if applicable)
- Full details (facts, dates, and supporting documentation)
