Premium Consulting was established in 2000 and is a 100% black woman owned and managed business.

Over the past 21 years Premium has grown from strength to strength and boasts a national footprint, supplying personnel to both public and private sector companies.

Our objective has always been to establish a sustainable professional relationship with our clients and to ensure that we provide them with suitably qualified and experienced staff.

Premium initially supplied only support and administrative personnel but rapidly grew following the decision to offer the services of technical and medical staff about 6 years ago. Our company has an impressive list of clients which include Eskom Distribution (for the past 15 years), Eskom Transmission, COEGA, Cape Town International Convention Centre, The Department of Transport, Department of Health and Social Services, the South African Oil and Gas Alliance, and the Airports Company of South Africa.

Millicent Wolmarans (MD) has tirelessly, over the past 21 years worked to build and develop Premium to its existing position; in the process establishing and building strong networks and relationships. She has been featured in the IMPUMELELO (Top Women in Business Magazine) and was chosen as a finalist in 2009 (entrepreneur category) for the Businesswoman’s Association (BWA) awards. She previously served on the Regional Executive of the BWA.
